Bandits kidnapped a pastor from the Evangelical Church Winning All (ECWA) in Buda village, Kajuru LGA, Kaduna state, on Sunday.
According to reports, the perpetrators broke into the church around 10 a.m., during a service, and took the clergyman, Pastor Dauda Isa, and several worshippers hostage.
This comes just two weeks after robbers invaded a Baptist Church in Kaduna’s Chikun LGA, killing two congregants and kidnapping others.
Recalling, the NCC halted telecoms services in Chikun LGA in October to combat the threat of bandits and other criminals.
